Common FAQs

How does the BLDC Inverter Motor in Skyworth washing machines differ from traditional motors?

The Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motor eliminates physical carbon brushes, significantly reducing mechanical friction, operational noise, and energy consumption while expanding motor lifespan.

Can I wash sensitive baby clothes or allergic skin garments in this washer?

Yes, using the thermal Steam / Baby Care cycle maintains water temperatures up to high heat and uses steam injection to sanitize fabrics, neutralizing common allergens and bacteria.

What should I do if the washer experiences an unexpected power outage during a cycle?

The built-in Auto Restart memory feature stores the exact stage of the wash cycle and automatically resumes operation from where it stopped once power returns.

How does the Tub Clean program maintain washer hygiene?

The Tub Clean program runs a high-temperature water flush through the drum and outer tub to flush away detergent residues, lint, and mold buildup without needing harsh chemicals.
