Common FAQs

How does the MT100W120/WG (12kg) compare to the 8kg and 10kg models in this series?

All models in the MT100W series share the same design language, soft-close glass lid, stainless steel drum, and intuitive LED controls. The MT100W120/WG is the flagship capacity model, offering 12kg of drum space—making it best suited for large families of 5+ people or households that frequently wash bulky king-sized bedding and heavy loads.

Can this washing machine wash king-size blankets or duvets?

Yes. With its massive 12kg capacity and specialized Blanket program, the drum provides ample space for bulky items like king-size duvets, comforters, and heavy curtains to rotate freely for a thorough clean.

How do I maintain optimum washing machine performance?

Clean the internal lint filter after every few laundry loads, leave the glass lid open briefly after washing to let the drum air out, and run the Tub Clean cycle once a month to prevent soap residue and mold accumulation.
