Common FAQs

Is the Sencor SFE 2311BK quiet enough for use while sleeping or studying?

Yes. Running at an efficient 30 W with balanced fan blades, the fan operates at a low noise output (around 50 dB), making it suitable for quiet environments such as bedrooms, study desks, or office spaces.

How do I turn the automatic 90° oscillation on or off?

The oscillation feature is controlled by a push/pull knob located on the back top of the motor housing. Push the knob down to engage 90° side-to-side oscillation, or pull the knob upward to stop oscillation and lock the fan head in a fixed direction.

How do I clean the fan blades and safety grille?

Unplug the unit from the power outlet before cleaning. Use a soft damp cloth to wipe down the exterior body and metal grilles. The protective mesh grille can be unclipped or unscrewed to carefully wipe dust off the fan blades using a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth.
