How does the hybrid 3 Gas + 1 Electric setup work?

It offers complete dual-fuel versatility. You can use the gas burners for fast, responsive boiling and stir-frying, while keeping the electric hotplate ready as a backup or steady heat source when needed.

Does this model come with a rotisserie feature?

Yes, the RC/907 includes a motorized rotisserie spit that automatically rotates poultry and roasts for thorough, uniform cooking and self-basting.

What power supply is needed to run the electric features?

The unit connects to a standard 220–240V AC household electrical supply to power the electric hotplate, oven heating elements, rotisserie motor, interior light, and automatic ignition sparker.

How should I clean and maintain the black finish and cast-iron trivets?

Allow the unit to cool completely. Clean the black exterior panels with a soft, damp microfiber cloth and mild liquid dish detergent, then wipe dry to prevent water spots. Lift off the cast-iron supports and wash them separately, avoiding harsh metal scouring pads.
